Are you ready to experience essential oils for yourself?

Relax:  try a drop of lavender and a drop of vetiver, applied to the bottom of your feet or the back of your neck, 20 minutes before bedtime

Ease occasional tension:  try our Past Tense essential blend, or if you have the Family Physician's Kit, a drop of Frankincense followed by a drop of Deep Blue or Peppermint ought to do the trick

Seasonal support:  Lemon, Lavender and Peppermint, diffused or applied topically, can ease seasonal discomfort from grasses and pollens, plus it's a handy topical solution to take the itch out of a mosquito bite.  TriEase softgels are the handy softgel form, or you can simply combine the three oils and use topically, internally or aromatically.

Need to break out of a mid-afternoon slump? Don't reach for the sweets - instead try diffusing wild orange and peppermint to invigorate your mind, and have a tall glass of water with a drop of Grapefruit and Ginger to curb the snack attack and keep you on track.

Need to focus? Try diffusing Lemon, Sandalwood and Rosemary essential oil, or try our In Tune essential blend for focus and concentration.

Time to clean?  10 drops of Lemon essential oil in 1/2 c. vinegar and 1 c. water makes a wonderful all purpose spray cleaner.  Kick it up a notch by adding 10 drops of On Guard as well to the bottle (I recommend using glass spray bottle, simply for durability, although small batches of cleaning spray can be made in BPA free plastic containers if a glass one is not available).

Ready to add some flavor in the kitchen? Try incorporating Lemongrass, Ginger, Rosemary, Black Pepper, Cilantro and Lime essential oils into your cooking routine.  Also consider Oregano, Thyme, Lemon, Wild Orange, Peppermint, Cinnamon and Clove.
